Palomar played tonight at Mercury Lounge with Hockey Night and some 2 piece that I didn't stick around to see. The playfulness and joy that Palomar show when they're playing is totally infectious; Randy told me that they were going to be playing in New Brunswick next week and I am really looking forward to bumming a ride from someone and catching that show. Their new album is coming out "Sometime..."

I bought this new machine, part by part. The Antec case is nice, but there are a few things I wish it had (removable motherboard tray, a more easily removable front) and a few things I wish it lacked (2 bright LED's on the front, an optical drive door).
I should really apply myself to this blog a little more such that every other post doesn't have to start off with an apology. Egypt is somewhat a distant memory, not because it wasn't fantastic, but because I am eagerly anticipating the future. I guess I can't really go into it in much detail now, but there are another few trips coming up (Japan and So. America), and some people coming from far away places (2 in the next 6 months), and projects might finally end at work.
